The practical side of my toolbox contains tools based on our more masculine energies such as logical thought, decisive action, achievement, control, competition, and intellectual thinking. Here you will find tools to allow you to organize, plan, check things off a to-do list, and have concrete proof that you accomplished something. These are the tools we are most comfortable with. But I encourage you to expand your horizons—and your heart and your mind and your spirit—by incorporating some of the magical tools as well.

The magical side of my toolbox comes from my desire to connect, to be part of something greater than myself. These are the more feminine aspects of our energy, such as intuitive feelings, senses, creativity, nurturing, experiencing, being, collaborative, and expressive. Through these tools, I find that the more I connect with myself, the more I am able to connect with others. Here you will find tools for introspection such as meditations and visualizations, journaling, rituals, working with crystals, and other “magical” tools.  

Each of our journeys is as unique and individual as we are, but they all center around one thing—discovering and being true to our authentic selves. These tools will help you rediscover that spark within you and help to fan the flames so that the light inside of you can shine out into the world
